Octopus and its partners offer several types of services to MFIs :

• MFI Setup: from a one-week Scratch Setup for startup MFIs, to the complete rollout of multi-branches MFIs including data migration and training of your teams. In any of these situations, remember that a MIS is not a transferrable good like a toothbrush or a car, it requires your involvement. MIS are not just made of computers, they are led by human first. Our methodology always starts by creating an Octopus team made of accountants, loan administrators, and IT experts inside the MFI.
• Maintenance, Support and Continuous improvement: maintenance and support annual contracts. Depending on the chosen degree, you will benefit from our level 2 support (including bug resolution), to several new functionalities per year, to coaching sessions for the continuous improvement of your operations (lean management)
• Specific developments: our Target Price contracts create an engagement between MFIs and Octopus in order to add new functionalities without sacrificing trust or flexilbility, i.e. the right to make a mistake or precise your requirements on the go.
• Autonomization of partners : Octopus University to create an Octopus dynamic around a local IT partner.
• Software as a Service: Octopus Online is available over the Internet. No more servers or databases to administer, your Core Banking System is managed like your WebMail. (currently discontinued)
