1 – Improvements and new features
- Savings massively refactored: more flexible and more robust (new features: management fees, agios, closing fees, etc.)
- Security: new savings role added (permissions for deposits, transfers, withdrawals, etc.) and subordinate system has been implemented
- 2nd picture is now available for clients
- Audit trail form has been overhauled: finer tracking is now possible
- Alerts window is more flexible and accurate (based on standard functions)
- New standard buttons emerged and are being replaced (not complete yet)
- Accounting system is now flexible for loan tracking (accounting for savings is under development and should be ready for next release)
- Octopus supports external modules, if you are interested in developing extensions please check our documentation
2 – Fixed bugs
- Collection sheet: we can now open this report several times and different parameters will be considered
- We cannot select a deleted loan officer to disburse a loan anymore
- Corporates are now properly displayed in search client form
- Savings: we can now withdraw all amount when closing a savings account
- Reports: OLB per client fixed (loan share amount was not correct)
3 – Reports
- National bank of Tajikistan report added
- Cents in reports are not correctly handled according to currency’s use of cents
- New standard functions are added for reports and forms: savings accounts’ balance, repayments & disbursements and VAT management
- New report: Accrued interests report
