Profiles

• Branch manager, finance officer, loan administrator are considered as administrators : they have all accesses
  
• Loan officers and cashiers have a limited access
  

Each profile have configurable access to every resource of the application

• Menus & Screens
  
  • e.g. loan officers do not have access to the accounting menus or screens
    
• Buttons : some restrictions may only affect the ability to click buttons or other elements of the GUI
  
  • E.g. a loan officer can not disburse a loan nor reschedule it, he can not change the date of a repayment ..
    

Every action is traced with the user login, allowing easy audit trails of contracts, events, and bookings
